We want you to be 100% happy with your In One Clothing items. 
You will find below the details of our polices for Returning Stock Items, Returning Made to Order Items, as well as our Sample dress Terms and Conditions, Exchanges and Alteration Services and how to Cancel an Order.
Please read these carefully and follow the instructions. Our Return address is also listed below but if you have any questions or are unsure please contact us via email at webshop@inoneclothing.com and we will be happy to help.

Returning Stock Items:
We are pleased to refund you in full, unworn and unmarked items with original packaging in a saleable condition accompanied by the dispatch note within 28 days of the dispatch date. Refunds are processed immediately once we are in receipt of your returned items, however please allow up to 7 days from delivery date back to us for funds to be credited back to you via your original payment method. If you used a gift voucher for payment it will not be refunded but re issued.
Items must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must not have any pet hair, dust, dirt or any type of stains such as makeup, food, and deodorant on them. They must be free of rips, runs, tears or damages and have no odors infused into them such as perfume, deodorant or foreign scents. If we need to clean your items we will charge a fee, to be deducted from your refund, of £25 per dress and £10 for any other item. We will contact before making any deduction.

Returning Made to Order Items:
As these items are made specifically for your and to your own specification, we will deduct a return fee of £25 per Dress and £10 for any other item to cover our costs for making your bespoke order. Please return unworn and unmarked items accompanied by the dispatch note within 28 days of the dispatch date. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for any items returned to us beyond this date. Refunds are processed immediately once we are in receipt of your returned items, however please allow up to 14 days from delivery date back to us for funds to be credited back to you via your original payment method. If you used a gift voucher for payment it will not be refunded but re-issued.

To avoid the need to return Made to Order items on the basis of colour variation or sizing issues we have offered both option to try our dresses for size and fit through the Sample Dress Service and the opportunity to request a pre-production swatch if you would like to see the exact shade of the batch that your order will be cut from. It is important that if a colour match is critical to you that you utilise our Pre Production Swatch Service to see the current batch shade before we cut your order. It is also extremely important that multiple items be ordered at the same time so that we can cut your entire order from the same batch of cloth to ensure a perfect match as we experience colour variations between different batches. Sample dresses are also available for you to try before placing your final order so that you can check sizes and length. If you are unsure please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Sample Dresses Terms and Conditions:
The Sample Dress Service cost is non refundable, as we are charging for the service of manually processing the order and keeping dresses clean and looking their best when they reach you. We will however issue a gift voucher for the cost of the service to be redeemed on any future purchases. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded but do not expire and have no minimum spend. Please note that we offer a freepost return label for returning our sample dresses but this is currently only available to our UK customers. We kindly ask that if you are using our sample dress service from outside of the UK that you cover the return postage of sample dresses.

Exchanges and Alterations:
For Stock Items:

We exchange and post, for free in the UK, any unworn and unmarked items with original packaging in a saleable condition accompanied by the dispatch note within 28 days of the dispatch date. Please contact us at webshop@inoneclothing.com and let us know which item you are returning and which item would want sent by return. Please tell us when you need to replacement by so that we can advise of any stock issue.
Items must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must not have any pet hair, dust, dirt or any type of stains such as makeup, food, and deodorant on them. They must be free of rips, runs, tears or damages and have no odors infused into them such as perfume, deodorant or foreign scents. If we need to clean your returned items we will charge an a fee of £25 per dress and £10 for any other item before we can send back your replacement item. We will contact if we need to make an additional charge.


For Made to Order items: 

As these item are made specifically for you and to your own specification, we will need charge an alteration fee of £25 per Dress and £10 for any other item plus standard return post. If you need items back in a rush please let us know when you return the items and we may need to charge extra for express / next day post.
Please note that some alterations are just impossible so we will advise you on the best course of action when you contact us with the details of what is needed.

Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You can cancel orders for stock products at any point before shipping. For Made to Order items we cannot accept cancellations after we have sent you the estimated shipping date for your order as we are then committed to fabric and production with our suppliers. 
In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints where goods are found to be defective as to quality, description or performance.


PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility until they reach us.
For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal Mail First / Second Class Signed For  in the UK or a courier service in the USA or Europe. It is essential that you get a tracking number as we can only refund items that are received back
We do not pay for return postage this will be at your own cost.
