We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Stock orders, including Swatch Cards and Sample Dress Service, are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. For Made to Order we will confirm estimated shipping date within one week and within 48 hours for Rush Orders

Made to Order can take up to 5 weeks to manufacture and ship but we can Rush orders if the fabric is available and deliver within 5 to 10 days. Please select Rush Option at the checkout

UK deliveries are sent via UK Mail and Royal Mail and may require a signature on delivery. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Royal Mail depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges if the 28 day return policy has elapsed by this time.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and as such we offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. (See Delivery address option when processing your order at payment stage)

Colours

To see all our colours in the flesh order a Fabric Swatch Card. Some Sample Dresses are availalbe to try at home so that you can check style and sizes with your bridesmaids.

Shades may vary with each batch so if a match is critical please get in touch so that we can send you a sample before production. Please place orders for multiple items together as subsequent orders may not match.

Please also note that these are the colours which are currently available. We cannot guarantee that every colour will be available in the future but we can reserve colours for future orders so please contact us as soon as you have made your decision.

Fabric:

Light weight with a soft sheen, our fabric is soft and super stretchy with a beautiful drape.
Satin finish jersey, 92% polyester, 8% Elastane.
Machine washable at 30c. Place in a Pillow Case or Lingerie Bag and use a gentle cycle and detergent.
Light Ironing or Steam to let out any creases. We would recommend that you store our dresses on a hanger using the loops on the inside of the waistband.

We know we come in all shapes and sizes that is why we offer a lot of different length options for our dresses as well as the option to customise the length on each dress to your own individual measurements or the measurements of your bridesmaids.

Our standard length is 100cm from Waist to Hem. You will notice that our Length options are divided into the categories Petite, Standard, Floor Length, Tall and Very Tall. For some customers these set lengths are just right for them but if they are not please think of them simply as pricing and coding categories that we use for your order. We cut each dress by hand so we are happy to customise the length of your dress so that you have the perfect length for you. To customise the length we will need your Waist to Hem measurement in centimetres. If you are ordering multiple dresses please simply add the custom length needed for each individual dress in the Special Instructions box against each dress as you add it to the basket. 

Measuring Instructions:

It is important to take the Waist to Hem measurement when wearing the correct height shoes that are intended to be worn with the dress. Please stand up nice and straight and ask someone to help you measure from your Waistline (your natural waist or if in doubt, just below the ribcage) down to the point you want the hemline to finish to. Please measure in centimetres and always round down, as the stretch in our fabric combined with the weight of the skirt can cause our dresses to fall slightly lower than the length at which they are cut. 

If you are measuring whilst wearing a Sample Dress please ensure you try it on with the correct height shoes. Tie the dress into any style and ensure you have the waistband in the correct position i.e sitting on your natural waistline or however you choose to wear it. Please measure from the seam that joins the top sashes of the dress to the skirt, down to the point you want the hemline to fall to. Sample dresses are always cut to standard length so they are an accurate way to measure as not only do you have a visual guide to help you choose your length but it also takes into account the weight and fall of the fabric. You can compare your Waist to Hem measurement with a measurement taken from the hem down to the point you want the hemline to fall to i.e how many extra centimetres you would like added on to that standard length or alternatively if you are petite, how many centimetres you wish to have trimmed off the standard length.

Please however bear in mind that this is a rough theoretical guide and does not take into account individual body shape e.g an individual's leg length compared to their height so it is always more accurate to measure from a sample dress or from the body. 

Sizing

All our garments are made to fit across several sizes however we want to make sure you get the best fit. As a rule if you are unsure between 2 sizes it is generaly best to opt for the smaller size as the the waists are elasticated.

Multiway Dresses:

Waist size:
Small - UK 6/8:              54cm stretching to 66cm
Medium - UK 10/14:    66cm stretching to 76cm
Large - UK16/18:         78cm stretching to 92cm 
XLarge - UK 20/24:     94cm stretching to 120cm
XXLarge - UK26/28:   120cm stretching to 138cm

Sashes:
Dresses XS to M are approximately 2.10 meter long and 24 cm wide
Dresses L to XXL are approximately 2.70 meter long and 28 cm wide

Skirt Length:

For Maternity we offer a Maternity Range of Dresses and Tops that have extra give on the waist band and also added length on the front so the hems do not ride up. These are ideal in your final trimester. For earlier stages of pregnancy we recommend that you order a size up. For example if your pre-pregancy size is XS or S, from sizes M upwards there is no need to order a bigger size as the waistband has a great deal of stretch.

Returning Made to Order Items:

As these items are made specifically for you and to your own specification, we will deduct a return fee of £25 per Dress and £10 for any other item to cover the cost of making your bespoke order. Please return unworn and unmarked items accompanied by the dispatch note within 28 days of the dispatch date. We offer a Pre Production Swatch Service and would ask that all multiple orders be placed together to insure a perfect match. Sample dresses are also available for you to try before placing your final order so that you can check sizes and length. If you are unsure please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Made to Order Alterations:
Please contact us to discuss the alterations you need as well as timing. We will advise you where to return your items. We charge an alteration fee of £25 per Dress and £10 for any other item, plus standard return post. If you need the items back in a rush please let us know when you return the items and we may need to charge extra for express / next day post.
