Made to Order can take between 3 to 6 weeks to manufacture and ship. During our peak season we will always do our best to keep our delivery within the 6 week leadtime but please note that at times when our very small studio team are very busy or if we are dealing with unforeseen circumstances such as delays in fabric delivery, orders can take longer than this. The leadtime on orders placed between the 16th of July and 8th of August will run slightly longer as we are operating with a reduced team. Please note that we do not offer full or partial refunds for late running orders. Please rest assured we will always do everything within our power to get orders to you in time for a special event. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. If your order is for a wedding please kindly state the wedding date in the special instructions when placing your order and we will ensure that your order is delivered in time for your deadline. Please always order as far in advance as possible for a wedding to allow for any delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Most UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Registered and may require a signature on delivery. For larger items we also use couriers such DPD, Parcelforce and UPS. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Royal Mail depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within the standard courier or Royal Mail timeframe will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges. In the event of a failed delivery where the item is returned to us the customer will be liable to pay for postage for the order to be sent out to them a second time.
We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and as such we offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. (See Delivery address option when processing your order at payment stage)
If the parcel is not signed for on arrival, it will be returned to us and the customer will be liable for the postage costs.
Once your order has been confirmed the delivery address cannot be changed, for security purposes.
Please note all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorization.
Also note, in the unlikely event of Strike Action by Royal Mail we cannot be held responsible. If this delays your order, we apologize, but it will be out of our control. In this instance, we will do our best to ensure any goods have a limited delay and/or are sent via other means where possible.
All International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Airsure and will be delivered by the local country's postal service. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
