We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Stock orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. For Made to Order we will confirm the estimated shipping date as soon as possible.

Made to Order can take up to 5 weeks to manufacture and ship.

Standard Delivery: 4-5 working days from dispatch - Royal Mail Second Class

Orders over £89:  FREE
Orders of less than £10: £1.99
Orders between £10 and £89: £5.99

Express Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch - Royal Mail First Class / Parcelforce

Orders of less than £10: £3.99
Orders between £10 and £89: £7.99
Orders over £89:  £9.99

Australia, New Zealand, USA and Other International Countries

Standard Delivery - 5-15 working days from dispatch

Courier Delivery - 3 days from dispatch
All orders: £45.00

All UK deliveries are sent via Parcelforce and Royal Mail Second Class Registered and may require a signature on delivery. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Royal Mail depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges if the 28 day return policy has elapsed by this time.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and as such we offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. (See Delivery address option when processing your order at payment stage)

If the parcel is not signed for on arrival, it will be returned to us and you will be liable for the postage costs.
Once your order has been confirmed the delivery address cannot be changed, for security purposes.

Please note all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorization.
Also note, in the unlikely event of Strike Action by Royal Mail we cannot be held responsible. If this delays your order, we apologize, but it will be out of our control. In this instance, we will do our best to ensure any goods have a limited delay and/or are sent via other means where possible.

All International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Airsure and will be delivered by the local country's postal service. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
